We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Strategic Advisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Senior Strategic Advisor in the manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction to the organization's senior management team. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan, in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, industry trends, and competitive threats.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management, based on data-driven insights and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, and contribute to their professional development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
