We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT systems administration, with a focus on retail technology.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's data and systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless operation of all systems
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement new technologies and systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- [X] years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on retail technology
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Strong networking skills, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
- Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
