We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a proven track record of analyzing, designing, and implementing complex systems solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Design and implement new systems solutions to meet the needs of the business
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of systems analysts to drive successful project delivery
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure high levels of performance and reliability
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices in systems analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
