We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join our team in Dubai within the Energy sector. The Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing complex systems and solutions to meet the organization's business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of current systems, processes, and workflows within the Energy sector to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop system specifications
- Design and develop custom solutions, integrations, and enhancements to existing systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and manage the implementation of new systems and technologies, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systems-related issues, working closely with the IT team and external vendors as needed
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations
- Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the Energy sector, making recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [6-8] years of experience in systems analysis, design, and implementation within the Energy sector
- Strong technical knowledge of systems architecture, databases, and integrations
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL
- Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
