We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Architect to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. The Senior Systems Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the IT systems and infrastructure for our organization. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable and secure IT systems architecture for our Real Estate operations in Sharjah
- Develop technical solutions to address business needs and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define system specifications
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance system performance and reliability
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
