We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Advisor to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development and construction, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on real estate development projects from inception to completion
- Conduct feasibility studies and due diligence on potential real estate investments
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Review and approve construction plans, specifications, and schedules
- Monitor project progress and quality control to ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate development and construction
- Strong technical knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
