We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Technical Advisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Pharmaceuticals industry. The Senior Technical Advisor will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support to the organization in all matters related to pharmaceutical products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on pharmaceutical product development, manufacturing processes, and quality control practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of technical data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in pharmaceutical technology to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Lead technical training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in pharmaceutical science and technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field. Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality control practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of successful project management and delivery of technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives within the organization.
