We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, quality assurance, and test automation within the retail industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for retail applications
- Analyze and report test results, identify and track defects, and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle
- Design and implement automated test scripts using testing tools such as Selenium or TestComplete
- Participate in requirement analysis and review of functional and technical specifications
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior test analysts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Experience working in the retail industry is highly preferred
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- ISTQB certification is a plus
