We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Training Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, particularly within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels within the organization
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to create customized training plans for their teams
- Oversee the delivery of training programs, including in-person workshops, online courses, and on-the-job training
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Manage a team of training professionals and coordinate their activities
- Create and maintain training materials, resources, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in training and development, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry is preferred
