We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Transformation Manager to join our team in Dubai within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading and implementing transformation initiatives within the construction sector.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive transformation initiatives within the construction company to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive transformational change across all areas of the business
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Monitor and track progress of transformation projects to ensure they are meeting objectives and timelines
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of transformation specialists
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the impact of transformation efforts and make adjustments as needed
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in transformation management within the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing transformation initiatives
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive change across an organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
