We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Transformation Manager to join our team in Dubai within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and driving transformation initiatives within a financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end transformation projects within the financial services sector
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organizational change and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Monitor and track the progress of transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful implementation of transformation projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful transformation outcomes
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in transformation management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in transformation management within the financial services industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex transformation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus
