Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Transformation Manager to lead and drive strategic transformation initiatives within the energy sector. Based in Dubai, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence change and enhance operational efficiency in a rapidly evolving industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, organizational change, and a deep understanding of the energy landscape in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement transformation strategies that align with the organization's vision and objectives. Ensure that transformation initiatives deliver measurable value and are aligned with industry best practices.

- Project Management: Lead complex, cross-functional projects from conception to execution. This includes defining project scope, establishing timelines, allocating resources, and managing budgets.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders to gain buy-in for transformation initiatives. Ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the organization.

- Change Management: Design and implement change management strategies to minimize resistance and maximize engagement. Facilitate training and development sessions to equip teams with the necessary skills for transformation.

- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of transformation initiatives. Regularly report on progress and outcomes to senior management.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the energy sector. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of transformation professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with transformation initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly preferred.

- A minimum of 5 years and up to 8 years of experience in transformation management, project management, or organizational change within the energy sector or related industries.

- Proven track record of successfully leading transformation initiatives in complex environments.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).

- Understanding of the energy market dynamics in the Middle East, including regulations, technologies, and sustainability initiatives.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
