We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Transportation Engineer to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. As a Senior Transportation Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing transportation infrastructure projects within our real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transportation planning and engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Conduct traffic impact assessments and develop transportation solutions to optimize traffic flow within our real estate developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and government authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on transportation engineering principles and practices.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess transportation infrastructure needs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines for transportation projects.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in transportation engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Extensive knowledge of transportation planning, traffic engineering, and urban design principles.
- Proficiency in industry software such as AutoCAD, Synchro, and VISSIM.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working on real estate projects is preferred.
