We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Transportation Manager to join our healthcare facility in Dubai. The Senior Transportation Manager will be responsible for overseeing all transportation operations within the organization, ensuring efficient and effective transportation services for patients, staff, and medical supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Manage a team of transportation staff, including drivers and logistics coordinators
- Coordinate transportation schedules to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of patients and staff
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and safety standards to ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize transportation services and improve overall efficiency
- Analyze transportation data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in transportation management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation management, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations and routes in Dubai
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
