We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Transportation Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation management within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all transportation operations, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching of vehicles
- Manage a team of transportation coordinators and drivers
- Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers to plan and execute transportation logistics for construction projects
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to transportation operations
- Handle any transportation-related issues or emergencies that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in transportation management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of transportation operations and logistics
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in transportation management software and MS Office suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid UAE driver's license
