We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Underwriting Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and assessing retail loan applications, analyzing risk factors, and making informed decisions on whether to approve or deny loan requests.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze retail loan applications to determine creditworthiness and risk level
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, including income verification, credit history review, and debt-to-income ratio calculations
- Utilize underwriting guidelines and policies to make sound decisions on loan approvals
- Communicate with loan officers, customers, and other stakeholders to gather additional information and clarify any discrepancies
- Provide recommendations on loan structures, terms, and conditions based on risk assessment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, identifying trends and potential risks
- Mentor and train junior underwriters as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in retail underwriting
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of retail lending products and industry trends
