Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Validation Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the agriculture industry. The Senior Validation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the validation process for all agricultural projects within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement validation strategies and protocols for agricultural projects.
- Lead a team of validation specialists to ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper validation of equipment, processes, and systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential validation issues.
- Monitor and track validation progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, biology, chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in validation within the agriculture industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
