We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Validation Manager to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The Senior Validation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the validation processes for all manufacturing equipment and processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement validation strategies for manufacturing equipment and processes
- Manage a team of validation engineers and technicians
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful validation of new equipment and processes
- Review and approve validation protocols and reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance validation efficiency
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on validation activities
- Develop and maintain validation documentation and records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in validation in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of validation principles and practices
- Experience managing validation projects and teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for the manufacturing industry
