Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Validation Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in transportation and logistics, with a focus on ensuring that all systems and processes meet industry standards and regulations. The Senior Validation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the validation of all transportation and logistics operations, including but not limited to tracking systems, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement validation plans for transportation and logistics operations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of validation processes
- Provide guidance and support to junior validation team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, or a related field
