We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Validation Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. As the Senior Validation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the validation processes for all real estate projects to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement validation strategies and plans for real estate projects
- Conduct thorough validation assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any validation issues and ensure timely resolution
- Lead and mentor a team of validation professionals
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to real estate validation
- Prepare and present validation reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in validation management in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in real estate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
