Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives
- Lead and manage a team of department heads to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration across all functions
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards
- Drive efficiency and cost savings initiatives to maximize profitability

Qualifications:
