We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, particularly within the education sector.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of all incoming and outgoing inventory
- Develop and implement inventory management processes and procedures to optimize warehouse operations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies to meet the needs of educational programs
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a productive and cohesive team environment
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory
- Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse staff
- Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting for warehouse operations
- Analyze data and provide regular reports on warehouse performance to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the education sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
