We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Windows Administrator to join our healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Windows Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Windows-based systems to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and operating systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Implement security measures to protect data and systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery protocols are in place
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies and upgrades
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in Windows administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- [Number] years of experience as a Windows Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
