We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Workforce Planner to join our team in Sharjah within the Energy sector. As a Senior Workforce Planner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing workforce strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels and resource allocation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain workforce plans to align with business goals and objectives
- Analyze current workforce trends and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to workforce planning
- Implement workforce management tools and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Evaluate and recommend training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Conduct regular reviews of workforce plans and make adjustments as needed
- Provide guidance and support to junior workforce planners within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5-8 years of experience in workforce planning, preferably in the Energy sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in workforce management software and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
