We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workforce Planner to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce planning within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels and resource allocation
- Analyze historical data and trends to forecast future workforce needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align workforce planning initiatives with business objectives
- Monitor and adjust workforce plans as needed to meet changing demands
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in workforce planning processes
- Provide regular reports and updates on workforce planning metrics to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce planning, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Advanced proficiency in workforce planning tools and software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
