We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the education sector. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of service coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate service delivery schedules and ensure all services are provided according to agreed upon timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to assign service providers to clients based on availability and qualifications
- Monitor service provider performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate records of service delivery, including client details, service schedules, and provider assignments
- Assist in the development of service plans and strategies to meet client needs and expectations
- Prepare reports on service delivery metrics and outcomes for management review

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a service coordination role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and service coordination software
- Knowledge of the education sector in Abu Dhabi is preferred
