We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the shipping and receiving of healthcare products and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to arrange timely shipment of healthcare products and equipment
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations
- Communicate with internal teams to provide updates on shipment status and expected delivery dates
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed
- Monitor shipping costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in shipping coordination, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
