We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the shipment of agricultural products to various destinations. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the shipment of agricultural products to domestic and international destinations
- Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading, export declarations, and certificates of origin
- Track shipments and communicate updates to internal stakeholders and customers
- Ensure compliance with import and export regulations and documentation requirements
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process
- Monitor and analyze shipping costs to identify opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate production schedules and optimize shipping processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
