We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating shipping activities in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the shipment of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to shipping regulations
- Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to arrange for transportation of goods
- Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, export declarations, and customs paperwork
- Track shipments and update customers on the status of their orders
- Resolve any issues or delays in shipping, such as customs clearance issues or damaged goods
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and update inventory management systems accordingly
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure proper documentation and compliance with import/export regulations
- Continuously seek ways to improve shipping processes and reduce costs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- [Number] years of experience in shipping coordination, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
