We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the shipping and receiving of financial documents and packages to and from various locations.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the shipment of financial documents and packages to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with shipping companies and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Track shipments and update internal systems with shipping information and tracking details
- Resolve any issues or delays in shipping and receiving processes
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and shipping costs
- Prepare shipping documents and labels for outgoing packages
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure proper handling and delivery of financial documents
- Keep up-to-date with shipping regulations and compliance requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
