Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic team in the agriculture sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a keen interest in agricultural practices. This role is essential in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our initiatives and products through various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, videos) tailored to our audience on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

- Social Media Management: Assist in managing daily social media activities, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring messages.

- Community Engagement: Foster relationships with followers and stakeholders by actively engaging in conversations, responding to inquiries, and promoting user-generated content.

- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Prepare monthly reports to present insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns that align with broader marketing initiatives and objectives.

- Research Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and agriculture to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.

- Event Promotion: Assist in promoting agricultural events, workshops, and initiatives through targeted social media strategies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the agriculture industry or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure social media performance.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for agriculture and sustainability is highly desirable.
