Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Consultant to join our innovative team in the Information Technology sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement while driving business results. This role requires a creative thinker who is well-versed in the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the company’s goals and target audience, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

- Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok) that resonates with our audience and reflects our brand voice.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and other social media analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future strategies.

- Community Management: Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Foster relationships with followers and influencers to enhance brand loyalty and community growth.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, integrating new ideas and techniques into our strategies to ensure we remain relevant and competitive.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and IT teams to create cohesive campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives. Provide social media insights and recommendations to support other marketing initiatives.

- Training and Support: Train and support internal teams on social media best practices and effective content creation, ensuring alignment across all departments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of proven experience in social media management and strategy development, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
