Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand's online presence within the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and telecommunications marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately contribute to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and target audience interests.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) specific to the telecommunications industry.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities for engagement.
- Conduct social media audits and benchmarking to evaluate performance and identify areas for growth.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, contests, and promotions to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on best practices for social media engagement and brand representation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or consultancy, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in crisis management and reputation management in a social media context.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they relate to social media.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including market trends and customer preferences.
