We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Services Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Social Services Assistant will work closely with our social services team to provide support and assistance to individuals and families in need.

Responsibilities:
- Assist social workers in conducting assessments and developing individualized service plans for clients.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to clients in crisis situations.
- Coordinate and facilitate support groups and educational workshops for clients.
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and services, such as housing, healthcare, and employment assistance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, counselors, and healthcare providers, to provide comprehensive care for clients.
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in social services, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to social services.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
