We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Social Services Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Social Services Assistant in the telecommunications industry, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need of social services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to determine the needs of clients and develop individualized service plans
- Connecting clients with appropriate resources and services, such as counseling, financial assistance, and housing support
- Providing emotional support and advocacy for clients facing challenging situations
- Collaborating with other social service agencies and organizations to coordinate services for clients
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Participating in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and develop strategies for support
- Conducting outreach and education initiatives to raise awareness of available social services in the community

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in social services or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of social service resources and agencies in Dubai
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
