Location: Al Ain, UAE

The Soil Scientist will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on soil properties and their impact on agricultural productivity in the Al Ain region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soil science, agriculture, and environmental science.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct soil sampling and analysis to assess soil health and fertility
- Develop and implement soil management plans to optimize agricultural productivity
- Research and recommend soil conservation practices to prevent erosion and degradation
- Collaborate with farmers, agronomists, and other stakeholders to provide expert advice on soil management practices
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of different agricultural practices on soil quality and productivity
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in soil science research
- Prepare and present reports on soil analysis findings and recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Soil Science, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in soil science research and analysis
- Strong knowledge of soil properties, fertility, and management practices
- Experience with soil sampling techniques and analysis methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in data analysis and report writing
