Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Soil Scientist to join our team in Al Ain. As a Soil Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on soil samples to determine their composition, properties, and suitability for various manufacturing processes. You will work closely with our team of engineers and researchers to ensure that our manufacturing processes are optimized for maximum efficiency and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct soil sampling and analysis to assess soil quality and health
- Develop and implement soil management strategies to improve soil fertility and productivity
- Evaluate the potential environmental impact of manufacturing processes on soil quality
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to develop sustainable manufacturing practices
- Provide recommendations for soil remediation and restoration efforts
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in soil science research
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Soil Science, Environmental Science, or related field
- [3-8] years of experience in soil science research and analysis
- Strong understanding of soil chemistry, biology, and physics
- Proficiency in soil sampling techniques and laboratory analysis
- Experience with GIS software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
