We are looking for a skilled Solar Energy Specialist to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy and a passion for promoting sustainable practices within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solar energy systems for construction projects in Dubai
- Conduct site assessments to determine feasibility and optimal placement of solar panels
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate solar energy solutions into building designs
- Develop cost estimates and project proposals for clients interested in solar energy options
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in solar technology
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of solar energy systems
- Provide training and support to construction teams on proper installation and maintenance of solar panels
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of solar energy systems post-installation, making recommendations for improvements as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in designing and implementing solar energy systems
- Knowledge of local regulations and incentives related to solar energy in Dubai
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
