We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Aide to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Special Education Aide will work within a manufacturing setting to provide support and assistance to students with special needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students reach their full potential and a background in working with individuals with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:
- Assist students with special needs in completing tasks and activities within the manufacturing setting
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and communicate with teachers and parents/guardians regarding student performance
- Assist students with personal care needs, as necessary
- Help students develop social skills and participate in group activities
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Previous experience working with individuals with special needs
- Knowledge of different learning styles and strategies for supporting students with diverse needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Special Education or related field
- Experience working in a manufacturing or vocational setting
- Familiarity with assistive technology and other tools for supporting students with special needs
