We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Special Education Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. As a Special Education Coordinator in our retail setting, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of special education services for students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure that students receive appropriate support and accommodations
- Provide training and support to teachers and staff on best practices for working with students with special needs
- Monitor student progress and make adjustments to interventions as needed
- Coordinate with external agencies and service providers to ensure that students receive necessary support services
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and research in the field of special education
- Advocate for the needs of students with special needs within the school community

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field

- Knowledge of Dubai's special education regulations and guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals
