We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Special Education Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of special education programs within an Information Technology setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with teachers and other staff to ensure that students with special needs are receiving appropriate accommodations and support.
- Provide training and support to teachers on best practices for working with students with special needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of special education programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to provide additional support for students with special needs.
- Keep abreast of current research and trends in special education to ensure that programs are evidence-based and effective.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Knowledge of best practices in special education and experience developing and implementing IEPs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of students, parents, and staff.
