We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Special Events Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and a passion for organizing and executing successful events.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute special events related to Information Technology in Sharjah
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure events are aligned with company goals and objectives
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and venues to secure necessary resources for events
- Create and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement
- Evaluate the success of events through post-event analysis and reporting
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in event management, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully executing events from conception to completion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
