We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Therapist Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Technology and a passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Speech Therapist in conducting assessments and creating treatment plans for clients with speech and language disorders
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, utilizing technology-based tools and resources
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment sessions
- Stay current on the latest research and advancements in the field of speech therapy, particularly as they relate to technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy, Communication Sciences, or a related field
- Certification as a Speech Therapist Assistant
- At least 2-4 years of experience working in a clinical setting with clients of all ages
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology and how it can be integrated into speech therapy practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
