We are looking for a dedicated Speech Therapist Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the telecommunications industry. As a Speech Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with licensed Speech Therapists to provide support and assistance in administering speech therapy services to individuals with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in conducting assessments to evaluate clients' speech and language abilities.
2. Help develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the Speech Therapist.
3. Provide direct therapy services to clients under the supervision of the Speech Therapist.
4. Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
5. Assist in conducting group therapy sessions and workshops for clients and their families.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of clients' progress and treatment plans.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and educators to ensure holistic care for clients.
8. Stay current on developments in the field of speech therapy and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
2. Certification as a Speech Therapist Assistant.
3. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
4. Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and treatment approaches.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
