We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Therapist Assistant to join our educational institution in Dubai. As a Speech Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with Speech Therapists to provide support and assistance to students with speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities:
- Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to improve their speech and language skills
- Assist Speech Therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and document student progress and communicate with teachers and parents as needed
- Help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with other members of the educational team to ensure the overall well-being and success of students
- Stay up to date on the latest research and best practices in the field of speech therapy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy or a related field
- Certification as a Speech Therapy Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working with students with speech and language disorders (preferably [random number] years)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
