Location: Dubai, Energy Sector

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals improve their communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Speech Therapist in assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients based on the treatment plan developed by the Speech Therapist.
- Monitor and track client progress, adjusting therapy techniques as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Educate clients, families, and caregivers on speech therapy techniques and strategies for continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and therapy sessions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy or related field.
- Certification as a Speech Therapist Assistant.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in speech therapy.
