We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sports Agent Assistant in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our Sports Agents in managing the careers of professional athletes in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Sports Agents in negotiating contracts and endorsement deals on behalf of athletes
- Coordinate athlete appearances, interviews, and other promotional opportunities
- Maintain relationships with athletes, coaches, and team managers
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents
- Assist with marketing and branding strategies for athletes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to sports management
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of the sports industry and pharmaceuticals is a plus
