We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sports Coordinator in the Transportation and Logistics department in Abu Dhabi. The Sports Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating sports events and activities for employees within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sports program for employees, including organizing sports leagues, tournaments, and fitness classes.
- Coordinate with external vendors and sports facilities to secure venues and equipment for sports events.
- Manage the budget for sports programs and activities, and ensure all expenses are within the allocated budget.
- Promote and encourage employee participation in sports activities to promote teamwork, health, and well-being.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate sports programs into the overall employee wellness program.
- Maintain accurate records of participation, performance, and feedback from sports events and activities.
- Evaluate the success of sports programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sports coordination or event planning.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of sports rules and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
