We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Transportation and Logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of sports events and activities related to the transportation and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for sports events and activities within the transportation and logistics sector.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including vendors, sponsors, and partners, to ensure successful execution of events.
- Manage budgets, resources, and logistics for sports events, including transportation arrangements, venue selection, and equipment procurement.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote sports events and engage with target audiences.
- Evaluate the success of sports events through data analysis and feedback collection, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sports management, transportation, and logistics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in sports management, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
