We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Sports Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sports operations within our healthcare facility.

Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sports programs and services
- Coordinate and manage sports events and competitions
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines related to sports operations
- Manage budget and financial aspects of sports operations
- Supervise and train sports staff members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of sports programs
- Evaluate and improve sports facilities and equipment
- Maintain records and reports related to sports operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
